Order Cancellations
- Once an order has been confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- This is because all orders are processed immediately for fabric procurement, embroidery, and tailoring, which are specifically arranged as per your request.
Exceptional Cases
- In rare situations (such as duplicate orders placed by error), you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at:

- Approval of such requests will be at the sole discretion of Rashita Sehra.
- If your order cancellation request is approved, we will initiate the refund process, which may take 2–3 working days to reflect in your account.
Refunds on Cancellations
- Since our products are handcrafted and personalized, we do not issue refunds for cancellations after the 24-hour window.
- In the unlikely event of an operational error on our part (e.g., inability to fulfill an order), we will initiate a full refund via your original method of payment.
